Hi friends...today I came across a very good story n want it to share wid u all.Hope it will make some difference in our lives...

In 2005, the National Basketball Association’s Houston Rockets were looking for a talented player to add to their roster. The usual scouting reports and analyses delivered a list of names. Some of them were unavailable or too expensive, and others did not seem like the right ft for the team.

Then, using advanced analytics capabilities, the Rockets’ general manager identified a player named Shane Battier as the one the team most needed.

Not everyone was convinced. By most conventional measures—points scored, rebounds, blocked shots—Battier was simply an average player. But Houston’s analysis went one step further. The organization was able to measure how other team members performed whenever Battier was on the court. By that standard, Battier stood above his peers. Whenever he was on the court, no matter where he was playing, his teammates got better and his opponents got worse. Battier has gone on to be a star with Houston.

Hi 2 all.....this is my rebirth in terms of blog......from now on....daily some new n good u all will get to know...from my blog.....

To start with there are many things to cherish for now.Decision on ayodhya case came in a fast track zone n mature behavior from Indians n politicians paved a new way for new India dat demands only peace n development.

Regarding my love towards the movie.....Recent development is the "ROBOT".At the beginning itself u will realize power of rajni....when SUPERSTAR RAJNI scrolls even B4 films name.

Yes movie is an class of animations & graphics.Ash shows her glamour even better than dhoom but todays ASH is an old lady still sparkling in d dark...u will miss katrina kaif n priyanka chopra's glamour.

Last 30 min is an unbelievable art of technology dat will not even allow you to blink ur eyes for a sec.If songs are removed ,movie is a shear class n a must watch for movie lovers.Nice dialogues,story n rajni make it a fun watching.Enjoy a world class family movie at the cinemas near you.

All the act dat ROBO rajni did in the movie can be done easily by Simple rajni only !!! but for normal people like us it is digestible when it is ROBOT only,so this movie will break all records in north india too , as people will simply understand the power of robot instead of a man (south Indian movies) when he can kill 100 people at a time.

4.5 star rating.

All eyes on Delhi when First woman of India declares CWG to take flight n Prince Charles declare CWG open for all .Leaving behind all -ves now concentration is on games only.

Best of luck to all the athletes participating in it n Hope India can achieve its target of being 2nd in list of medals.

This is my 1st poem ever encrypted from my unusual mind who don't even look at emotions........
that may be a professional change though.............

For the past 1 month I m in NTPC as Power Engg. and on 5th sep,2008 got the opportunity to thank all my mentors (parents,nature,teachers,friends ,relatives ) who have worked hard more than me to make me what I AM 2DAY !!!!!!


I dedicate this poem to my very 1st mentor i.e. my mother.I thank her with all respect and love
for bearing me and cultivate so strong ethics in me that makes me what I m 2day..As I m Mech. Engg so in mechanical terms I wanna thank all of my mentors till now.



U have given me TOUGHNESS going into new project.

U have given me HARDNESS so no bad habit can indent easily inside me.

Because of u I m so malleable polite and flexible ,
To adjust in any adverse conditions.

Never feel a bit of creep and fatigue in your presence.

Yes I m really proud & a little overconfident i.e. a little bit brittle in nature,
As you are always with me .


After having my B.Tech degree from NIT Raipur , I have joined NTPC Ltd. So now I would like to thank all my mentors in NTPC in power engg. terms........


From college we came with heavy minds ,
i.e. full of knowledge as high pressure & temperature in boiler.

You came as divine , expanding our knowledge as turbine.

So to produce electricity & to increase India's development velocity.

Everyone in NTPC pumped us to learn , there is so much to earn.

We are in rolling condition ,Still our synchronization & loading is due.

With your help everything is easy and cool like mountain dew.
